If you are building a wig using your own hair that you will be providing, use the "Wig Services: tab and look for "construction".

If your are looking to "Build A Wig" using hair provided by us, you are in the right place and have made a great decision when it comes to best results and longevity!

Follow these few simple steps to customize your very own wig using high quality hair! Let's Get To Work!

STEP 1: Add the exact bundles and lace size that you'd like to your cart 4 bundles are recommended for a volume look!

STEP 2: From our "Wig Services" tab, add wig services to your cart. (construction, color, customization)

STEP 3: Place your order.

STEP 4: Once your order is complete, send an email to teneleventresses@gmail.com.

Must Include: first and last name, order number, head measurements (you may purchase this service as well) and a picture of your ID. name and shipping address MUST MATCH or order will be cancelled.

Processing & Shipping Policies

Thank you for your interest in one of our custom wigs.

As always, We VALUE you as our customer! .

Order processing time is approx 14-21 business days depending on demand and is SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

**Please note: If you purchase using any of the available payment plan options (ex.Klarna, Shop Pay, Affirm etc), there is a wait time of up to 7 business days before the order will begin processing, this waiting period is out of our control.

Our business days are TUESDAYS-FRIDAYS, excluding all holidays (Saturday- Monday ARE NOT INCLUDED.)

Orders placed Saturday through Sunday will begin processing the following Tuesday.

Identification verification is REQUIRED before processing begins.

(If not received, this will delay your completion time)

If ID has not been verified within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Your ID must match the Card used for purchase.

Please keep in mind that you will not receive any updates

on your order until is it ready to ship in which you will receive your tracking information via email.

Please do not contact if it has been less than 21 business days since your purchase.

Once your order has been transferred to the delivery carrier we are not responsible for lost/missing/damaged packages. Please contact the delivery company to resolve any matters.

Please be sure to triple check your address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If order is returned, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
