A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve and must be paid via Zelle/Invoice. You will have 15 mins to complete payment or appointment will be automatically denied.
Final Balance is due in CASH ONLY, no other forms of payment will be considered

All retainers are deducted from final balance. 

HAIR PACKAGES:

If your appointment is less than one week, you must check that your desired hair is available. You are able to reschedule in the event that the hair is not in stock. 

“Hair NOW, Pay LATER”:

Initial Retainer has to be paid upfront, only your balances over $300 can be paid with the payment plans.

CANCELLATION: 

one free reschedule within the same —48hrs notice 

Late/Same day Cancellation — 75% of balance 

No call, No Show — 100% cost of service. 

If there is an emergency, please communicate with me and we can get your rescheduled

TARDINESS:

NO grace period. I run a very tight schedule and clients are back to back. 

Arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time to allow time to find parking. 

$20 late fee. Appointment will subject cancelled after 10mins. 

NO EXTRA GUEST:

I offer intimate and personal sessions only.
Guest not receiving services will not be allowed. 

I DO NOT OFFER MAINTENANCE ON WORK THAT I DID NOT INSTALL.

I DO NOT OFFER “A LA CARTE” SERVICES (ex. Layering only, styling only, lace customization only etc.)you must have an appointment with me to reap those benefits.

Client-Supplied Hair Requirements:

Low Quality NOT acceptable (No Amazon, Aliexpress, LuvMe, TikTok shop etc)

Cut bundles will need to be assessed for approval. Excessively cut bundles will only be acceptable for quick weaves.
Bundles should be matching in length (Best Result)

# of bundles needed:

Sew-ins / quick weaves - 3 bundles

1/2 up 1/2 down - 3 bundles

24” and longer - 4 bundles if requesting layers

Heavy layers - 4 bundles minimum 

Bobs - 1-10” bundle & 1- 14” bundle

Updo and Ponytails - 2 bundles

Closures - 16” or longer

HD lace ONLY

Drop off closures/wigs ONE WEEK prior to appointment date
For Color Jobs - TWO WEEKS prior.
Rush Fee will apply, if applicable.

Acceptable beauty supply brands include: Saga Gold, Remi, Bellatique, Empire, Indi Remi, and Pink Lemon. 

CLOSURES FROM THE BEAUTY SUPPLY ARE NOT ACCEPTED!
